Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include maintaining contact with the client, gathering evidence to move cases forward, maintaining the litigation calendar, scheduling depositions, preparing demand packages, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing cases for trial, including trial notebook and medical record exhibits, etc. Will be working as a team with individual responsibility for a case load of 80-100 cases. Must be able to transcribe dictation into Word Perfect/Word and type 50-70 wpm. Should have 4+ years of experience in either Plaintiff's Workers Compensation or Personal Injury, preferably in litigation. Knowledge of Time Matters or case management software is preferred.
