Legal secretary The candidate should have significant experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel). Transcribing Dictation. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. Should have typing skills of 70+ words per minute (wpm). Should have experience calendaring. Primary Responsibilities Include: Handling client phone calls during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Inputting and updating client files and accounts. Calendaring reminders. Scanning and filing documents into the electronic database as they arrive. Organizing, maintaining files for more than one attorney. Other general office management duties as needed and assigned. Prior law firm experience is required.
