Legal Secretary Part-Time The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, is dependable, dedicated and detailed oriented. Previous law firm experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Greet clients and guests; Receive vendors, coordinate and facilitate deliveries; Scheduling consultations and client meetings; Answering phone calls from both existing and new prospective clients; Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and directing where appropriate; Accepting and logging deliveries from couriers and notifying appropriate individuals; Organizing messenger and transportation arrangements; Maintaining a neat and clean lobby and reception area; Performing general administrative duties as needed; Assisting Staff with their conference and reception area duties; Assisting with special projects on various issues as needed. 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist in a professional services environment preferred. Must speak Spanish fluently. Professional demeanor; strong communications and problem-solving skills; high level of discretion and confidentiality required. Experience operating a multi-line call manager system, transferring calls, paging, and handling multiple calls simultaneously required. Must have excellent verbal communication skills on phone. Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels required. Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus required. Thorough knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office required. High school or equivalent preferred. 1 year of experience preferred. Spanish required.
