Business Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Handle a varied high-volume immigration caseload with significant corporate clients. Conduct Immigration-related research. Contribute to the development of firm processes to simplify work and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively. Requirements: Should have 3 years of business immigration experience. 3-years of business immigration experience, handling H-1B, O-1, EB-1, PERM, L, TN and E2 applications. Utilize web-based immigration case management system. Detail-oriented, organized and can-do attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A member of good standing with the bar in any state.
