Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will represent personal injury clients from intake through to case conclusion. Will represent workers compensation clients from intake through case conclusion. Ability to litigate cases, conduct effective discovery and engage in trial of matters to conclusion on behalf of firm clientele. Advance the legal causes of firm clientele by professional personal interaction with firm clientele; settlement abilities, litigation talent and ability to present claims in most favorable light using the facts and the law. Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of case. The candidate should have Juris Doctor. Must be Admitted to the Connecticut Bar. Must have 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury legal experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word is required.
