Pre Litigation Paralegal/ Case Manager The candidate will assist attorneys with their representation of personal injury clients. . is a personal injury litigation firm located on the waterfront of beautiful downtown Pensacola, Florida. (Palafox Street) However, many of our cases begin with pre-litigation; particularly Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA). We are currently seeking at least one experienced MVA paralegal to assist the attorneys in handling auto/motorcycle/trucking collisions cases from inception to resolution. *Must possess at least 2 to 5 years of experience* and must have mastered case management, drafting demand letters, obtaining medicals, negotiating bill reductions, client call follow-up, and all manner of representing victims of motor vehicle collisions prior to litigation. A plus if experienced with a case management software program such as CLIO. 2-4 years of experience are required.
