Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in handling personal injury defense cases. Should have 3-5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience, trial preparation experience, experience managing large case files, diaries and calendar, experience conducting fact research, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, highly proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, and be able to manage the demands of a busy trial practice while working independently. Experience in Time Matters is a plus.
