Employment Labor Attorney The candidate should have 3 years' experience. Should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, including negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees - schools, police, and municipalities is a plus. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
