Trial Attorney The candidate's should have Civil litigation experience; Must have: Knowledge of Auto No Fault Law; Knowledge of the Michigan Court Rules; Knowledge of Discovery practices, interrogatories, request for production, request to admit and depositions. Knowledge of Michigan Negligence law; Knowledge of civil case work up, file management; Knowledge of witness investigation and interviews; Knowledge of complaint drafting, service and filing; Strong knowledge of discovery, interrogatories and depositions, both taking and defending; Knowledge of motion practice, draft response to MSD and other motions; Case evaluation; Civil Rights, election law and Federal Court experience.Background must include BA or BS from accredited University and JD from Law School as well as license with the State Bar of Michigan. Must be willing to work in a team oriented environment with a strong commitment to being on time and ready to work each day. Training and mentoring is available in this position.
