This New England based firm has a Washington DC post that is notable for its attorneys. Well connected and well credentialed, many these attorneys have held prestigious posts in the federal government. The Washington office remains very much a small, branch office, but has the foundation on which to grow.
Corporate Associate Attorney Candidate will work closely with senior lawyers in supporting middle-market businesses in transactions across the globe. Must have 3+ years of private practice experience in general corporate work. Previous experience with middle market M&A is strongly preferred. Will have excellent legal and academic credentials as well as superb research and writing skills; superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills with members of the entire team and clients; and an interest in practicing.
