Financial Transactions Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in all phases of closings of general financings, public offerings, acquisitions and mergers as well as other corporate transactions. Will be drafting of closing certificates and closing checklists. Attendance of closing transactions and assisting with document organization, preparation and distribution of closing documents. Review and preparation and filing of UCC financing statements. Assisting with the formation of corporations, proofreading and redlining of documents. Legal research and preparation of response to auditor letters. Assignments may also extend into other practice areas. Ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position. Should have Bachelor s Degree with 3.5 cumulative GPA. Excellent writing and communication skills is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
