Attorney The candidate will represent clients in probate litigation, guardianships, and conservatorships. Some of responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, drafting discovery requests, preparing disclosure statements, and representing clients in court proceedings. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, self-learner, and who is able to work independently and as part of a team. An Arizona State Bar License is required. Courtroom and litigation experience preferred. AZ State Bar License required. Closing Date: 2017-12-31.
