Paralegal - Construction Litigation The candidate will be providing assistance to attorneys in drafting and preparing litigation documents such as discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, discovery motions, medical record reviews and obtaining records. Performing other related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Four-year college degree is required. Should have 3+ years of litigation construction experience. Construction defense, insurance coverage and insurance defense, a plus.
