Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be the point person on cases from onset through trial and involves drafting basic pleadings; leading the efforts on medical record collections, review, summaries and analysis; working with experts to ensure they have what they need for their expert report; and assisting with medical literature research. Will keep the case team focused on deadlines in a proactive manner and must be able to work on up to 20-30 cases at a time. Must be organized and have excellent writing and project management skills. Preferred, should have at least 5 years of litigation experience and value the client experience putting our clients (Major medical institutes) as their top priority. Experience with medical records (retrieval, summaries, analysis) is a plus.
