Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years experience working on large litigation cases. Must be well organized, proactive, and passionate about serving our clients. Must be capable of drafting complaints, discovery and other court documents, as well as, meeting court deadlines, organizing exhibits, must be familiar with (understanding) medical records and communicating with expert witnesses and clients. Must be a team player and work closely with the attorneys inside and outside the courtroom.
