Responsibilities include to, drafting, reviewing and analyzing legal documents, reports to the carrier, pleadings, motions, and discovery notices and responses; taking and defending depositions; appearances in court for conferences and motions; ability to perform legal research using Westlaw. Florida Bar Membership is essential. Insurance Defense Experience is essential. Should have excellent research and writing skills.
