Business Litigation Attorney The candidate will be expected to manage assigned cases, proactive, and prepare periodic status reports for clients.Must have: Writing skills, Analysis skills, Communication skills, Korean, English. Should have business litigation and some transactional experience who is driven, detailed oriented, independent and has good communication skills. Also requires researching and drafting briefs addressing legal issues on various business litigation, ranging from preparation of law and motions, discoveries, subpoenas, summary judgment, etc. and has handled court appearances in person and by CourtCall. Should also have experience in trial preparation, case management experience, ability to be strategic and analytical is a plus.
