Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate is responsible to support up to 4 attorneys who practice business litigation. General functions will include: formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring. Must have 3+ years experience in a high volume, fast paced litigation environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a keen attention to detail is required. Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite in addition to a proficiency in document management and expense reporting software is critical.
