Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting in drafting correspondence, obtaining medical records, drafting demands. Will be responsible for all scheduling and calendaring as well as communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. Review medical records and bills relating to auto accident and other personal injury matters. Report and summarize clients medical records to attorneys. Communicating and negotiating with medical providers; lien resolution. Searching real property records and other publicly available documents. Qualifications: 3+ years' personal injury litigation experience (Preferred). Attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Good written and oral communication skills. Bilingual: English/Spanish (Preferred).
