Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and drafting legal documents. Handling all aspects of the insurance defense cases. Managing all aspects of discovery, preparing motions, and summarizing medical records & interrogatories. Organizing and managing files from inception to trial. Reviewing and summarizing records. Performing legal research. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Must have 3+ years experience handling insurance defense and/or other litigation matters. ABA certification is preferred.
