Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate's duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Should have an active license to practice law in the State of Florida and 2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance claims and litigation. Must have experience in property and casualty claims as well as litigation. Must already be licensed to practice in Florida, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is not an entry-level position, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the core practice areas of national insurance and general practice law. Must have the ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exemplary written and oral communication skills are required.
