Litigation Paralegal - 1 Year Experience Required The candidate will work for an Insurance Defense firm. Must have 1+ years of Paralegal experience in an insurance defense setting. Should preferably have an Associate degree. Experience with federal and state electronic filing, file management, discovery (i.e. medical records) collection and organizing, producing medical and litigation chronologies plus trial preparation and support is preferred. Should preferably have experience drafting basic litigation filings such as affidavits, authorizations, subpoena preparation, service waivers, and removals. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer skills using MS Office applications; organizational skills; ability to work well under deadlines; and excellent interpersonal skills.
