Intellectual Property Attorney (Patent) - Pennsylvania The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in biomedical-focused science or engineering, or a background in biomedical or biomedical technology, and have admission to the Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Maryland Bar (or the ability to become admitted to practice in one of these jurisdictions) and USPTO admission. Must have 2+ years of experience with a primary focus on preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
