Duties include all facets of demand preparation including medical record summaries, factual investigation, legal writing and research, assessment of cases strength and weaknesses, damages assessment, lien management, narrative requests, medical causation assessments and necessary privilege logs. Interested candidates must have experience in these areas. Candidates must have the analytical ability to engage in heavy case theory development. Superior writing, typing and organizational skills are essential in this position.
