Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: Prepare and file petitions, visa applications, and labor certification applications. Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Should have 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications is a plus. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and document/case management systems. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
