Associate Attorney The candidate will undertake the duties of trial preparation, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interviews and witness preparation. Research, both legal and of people, businesses, and worksites. Draft briefs, memos, and client updates. Attendance at depositions, hearings, and/or mediations. Active Bar License is required, and has a good standing with a state bar. Multiple Bar licenses are a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills are necessary. Have an ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines. Must be a self-starter who can handle multiple projects with competing priorities and understand the importance of deadlines Have client-focused mentality, takes initiatives and welcomes challenges.
