Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will communicate effectively with clients, organize and track critical dates, review and analyze title commitments, clear title conditions, review surveys, coordinate closing matters, prepare closing documents, oversee post-closing matters and work with a busy team. Should preferably be a Florida Registered paralegal. 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, working with national home-builders and developers is essential. Experience in Centerbase and NetDocs is a plus.
