Full-time Personal Injury Paralegal Candidate will be managing cases from inception through trial. Must have 5+ years paralegal experience in a personal injury law firm. Must be capable of setting up claims, handling property damage, communicating with adjusters and medical providers, writing demands, and negotiating settlements, drafting discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing for trial. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
