Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney The candidate will serve in legal research regarding coverage and litigation issues. Will serve in coverage analysis insurance policy review and claims fact review. Preparing draft coverage position letters. Serve in all aspects of insurance coverage litigation - pleadings, discovery, motions, trial, settlement. Writing articles on timely insurance topics. The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school. Admission to DC Bar or waiver eligibility required. Admission(s) to MD and/or VA Bar is preferred. Should have 3+ years of property/casualty insurance coverage experience. Strong analytical skills essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
