Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of law firm experience and demonstrated ability to tackle pending cases at any point within the litigation process to play a major role supporting trial partners and associates in products liability and insurance defense practice areas. Candidate will handle: daily case management and administration, drafting discovery and pleadings, investigative research, trial preparation. Must have: BA/BS or paralegal certificate required. Superior written and oral communication, outstanding organization, attention to detail, concrete knowledge of legal field and defense work. Ability to work with minimal supervision, think independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong PC/MS Word skills. Document management software a plus.
