Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as E-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, EB-5, I-140, labor certification, adjustment of status, and naturalization filings. Prepare and file I-526 Petitions and familiarity with source of funds requirements. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues. Conduct Immigration-related research regarding various laws and regulations from countries, states, and companies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required. Must be a certified paralegal from an accredited educational institution. Must have 3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience. Substantive experience with EB-5 preparation. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure and deadlines. Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is required. Providing excellent customer service to clients.
