Litigation Defense Paralegal The candidate should have a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved organization or a Bachelor's Degree. Must possess 5+years of experience and be familiar with daily time entry billing requirements, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently. Must have experience with New York law. Experience with trial preparation is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Willing to work on cases from start to finish and meet all court deadlines. The ability to work with other attorneys, paralegals, clients, and experts with a team approach is needed. The ability to perform research through Lexis is a plus.
