Bankruptcy And Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle chapter 13 post-filing duties such as preparing chapter 13 plans and modifications, responding to motions to lift the stay, motions to dismiss, objections to confirmation of plans, and regular phone contact with clients, the Chapter 13 trustee, and the Court. Must have an associate's degree with 2 years of Bankruptcy or Litigation experience. Should preferably have 1 year of Paralegal experience. Must be good with numbers and understand business and household budgets; familiar with all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings preparation, motion practice, and discovery; able to type at 50 wpm.
