Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication. Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel. Strategize ways to maximize the value of cases for clients. Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust. Correspond with clients and opposing counsel. Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team. Analyze and summarize legal documents. Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents. 3+ years of personal injury experience required. South Carolina license required: North Carolina license preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the pre-litigation process required. Must possess analytical, legal research, and writing skills. Top-notch academic credentials and references required. Strong attention to detail required. Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
