Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Will be representing individuals in cases involving litigation, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, wrongful death and civil rights. A successful candidate will work independently on legal writing, discovery, taking depositions and assisting at trial. Strong interpersonal skills are required for interactions with attorneys, clients and outside vendors, as well as proficiency with MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel.
