Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition testimony and plaintiff's discovery responses; requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing Subpoenas; scheduling depositions; preparing records for document production; retaining experts; and preparing deposition and trial binders. 3+ years of paralegal experience in a defense firm is required. Must be detail oriented and able to work on a team.
