Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting in drafting of documents and memos with drafting software and MS Word and handling trust and probate administration cases. Drafting, editing, reviewing and correcting of legal documents. Administration cases duties include recording deeds, filing papers, drafting legal documents and memos, completing online and paper forms in the process of changing beneficiaries and transfer of assets, data entry, communicating with county courts, preparation of estate inventories, meeting with clients, phone/email/fax, file maintenance, photocopying, assembling client portfolios and any other tasks necessary to support the attorney and team. High school diploma is required. 30+ hours of college credit or 2+ years of experience is preferred. Microsoft Office skills are essential. General office experience is required. Should be proficient in writing, grammar, and typing skills.
