Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate or Staff Attorney The candidate' must have 3+ years of experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its New York office, with hybrid work arrangements available. Knowledge of litigation practice and procedures in New York state and federal courts is required. Specific experience defending individual and class action claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws, as well as mortgage servicing litigation experience, is preferred. New York bar admission is required and New Jersey bar admission is preferred.
