Legal Secretary / Filing Assistant The candidate will organize and maintain current files, assist staff and attorneys with upkeep of filing of client records. Additional responsibilities include providing basic administrative and overflow support to attorneys, and telephone coverage, as needed. Should preferably have a high school diploma and 1 year of office experience, or two-year college degree in Business. Good organizational skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team needed. Should have ability to multi-task, and be flexible with changing job duties and familiarity in Word and Outlook.
