Litigation Attorney Duties: Review of potential files to determine if a suit is appropriate. Review answers, responses, and prepare discovery and dispositive motions. Court preparation. Attend court hearings. Provide analysis and advise on legal and regulatory risks. Resolve contested files in litigation. Qualifications: Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing. Knowledge of the FDCPA or the FCRA is mandatory. Knowledge of Bankruptcy Law is preferred. Courtroom experience is preferred. Superior time management, organizational, and communication skills. High level of adaptability. Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling any complaints and situations. Moderate computer skills.
