Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities: attend client meetings; handle communications with clients; draft and review estate planning/trust settlement documents; monitor cases from beginning to end; and continually increase knowledge of trusts, wills, deeds, probate administration, settlement of trust estates, and relevant laws and practices. Requirements: License to practice law in Hawaii is highly preferred. Substantial amount of experience living in Hawaii and plans to live in Honolulu permanently. Estate planning experience highly preferred. Highly intelligent with excellent writing skills. Detail oriented, meticulous in drafting. Dependable and conscientious. Congenial; get along well with office staff and clients. Care more about people, providing excellent service and excellent legal work, continual learning, and a balanced life than about high income.
