Medical Malpractice Paralegal Responsibilities: Provide paralegal support to the medical malpractice and general liability teams. Retention of Experts Witnesses, document preparation and assisting with Trial Prep. Requirements: 3+ years of Medical Malpractice Litigation a must. Previous experience as a billable paralegal or legal assistant in Medical Malpractice preferred. Newly graduated college grads welcome to apply. Must be highly organized, handle pressure well, work well with little supervision and understand the importance of deadlines. Good writing/speaking skills imperative.
