Senior Paralegal The candidate must be self-motivated, experienced paralegals to the firm's civil litigation and corporate practice areas. Must have excellent academic background, three to five years' experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation law firm and a demonstrated ability to organize documents, proof carefully and file pleadings in state and federal trial courts. Must have a strong academic background and at least two years experience in technology contract preparation and review in either an in-house position or as a paralegal at a sophisticated law firm. Must have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit and residency in the Greater-Atlanta area.
