Tax Associate Attorney Candidate should have: Strong legal research and writing background. Highly developed writing experience in transactional matters. Experience with financial and loan closings is a plus. Highly motivated and a self-starter. Interest in learning a discreet but growing aspect of development and development finance. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic. Self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow as an attorney. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both inside and outside of the firm. Sense of humor and humility. Interest in helping a small, growing firm become a large practice with a national brand. Strong sense of customer service to clients and respect for staff and vendors.
