Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will be responsible for providing organizational and project based support to attorneys and teams from case inception through fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and support, and case closure. Will support teams through the discovery process, including assisting with requests and responses; document productions including preparation, review, processing, and tracking; and depositions; support teams through motion practice; participate in due diligence, privilege and other reviews of client records and files; conduct statutory, regulatory or factual research with respect to client matters; obtain services from outside contractors. Process billing and disbursement paperwork in connection with those services; act as liaison for the project team with support staff and other offices of the Firm. Other litigation related duties as required. Should have Four year college degree and Paralegal certification. Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience as a paralegal. Strong Microsoft Office skills a must.
