Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should be drafting daily legal correspondence and documents required by Attorney. Will work on complex litigation matters. Will be responsible for preparing, answering and reviewing discovery, pleadings, motions and orders.Prepare attorney for hearings, depositions, meetings and trials. Communicate with clients, doctors, experts and other callers. Should have 3+ years experience in litigation. Proficient in drafting and proofreading pleadings, filing, discovery and correspondence.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
