Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be familiar reviewing commercial liability insurance policies and exclusions. Assist with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings and insurance claims. Coordinate the collection, review and production of documents and respond to discovery requests. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Legal research and investigation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload and assignments. Assist with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders and appendices for depositions and court filings. Summarize deposition and trial transcripts and exhibits. Experience cite-checking and correcting legal documents. Bachelor s Degree or Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred. 4-5 years of significant litigation experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting. Spanish speaking a plus.
