Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Will prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals. Previous experience in immigration law is needed. Should have 1-2 years of experience is needed. Familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion program, and pre-trial intervention is advantageous. Florida Bar Member In good standing is advantageous.
