Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will prepare petitions to file lawsuits. Will file all pleadings with courts in Texas state and federal courts. Prepare discovery responses. Prepare correspondence to clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Prepare motions for continuances, motions to compel, etc. File medical record / billing affidavits with the court. Request clients' medical records and bills. Schedule hearings, depositions, and meditations. Must have 5+ years of experience. Spanish speaking is a plus. Experience handling Louisiana personal injury cases is also a plus.
