Litigation Attorney, Part Time Candidate will participate in all aspects of the practice, reviewing pleadings and substantive motions, taking, and defending depositions, and all the way through trial and appeal. Will: Prepare/review legal documents on behalf of clients; taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; Represent clients in court; Negotiate settlements. Qualifications: Admission to Florida Bar. Experience as a litigation associate. Experience in first-party homeowners insurance or defense. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Enthusiasm for practicing law.. Positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently and efficiently. Ability to work at a home office.
